Use Jahiz Analytics responsibly: you are in charge of your account and the data you enter, the analytics are decision-support tools (not guarantees or official scoring), and the app is offered during beta on an "as is" basis. Keep it fair, lawful, and professional.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Jahiz. If you use Jahiz on behalf of a club or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Coach & athlete roles
Jahiz supports different account types. Coach accounts include roster, team, and tournament workflows; athlete accounts are individual-only and focus on personal matches and performance. Capabilities are enforced by the backend, not just the interface.
Acceptable use
Use Jahiz lawfully and fairly. Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, interfere with other users, or enter data you have no right to enter. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Data you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the athlete, match, team, and tournament data you enter, including having any consent that may be required.
Analytics are informational
Jahiz provides performance insights to support training and review. They are decision-support tools, not professional, medical, or officiating advice.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any athletic outcome, ranking, or competitive result. Jahiz does not provide official federation scoring or judging unless this is explicitly configured and stated.
Beta limitations
Jahiz is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable, and functionality may evolve as the product matures. Payments are not enabled during the beta.
Availability & maintenance
We aim to keep Jahiz available but may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons, sometimes without notice.
Intellectual property
Jahiz, its branding, software, and design are owned by Jahiz Analytics or its licensors. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.
Termination
You may stop using Jahiz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or where required for security or legal reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jahiz is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on analytics. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
